Coxsackie A - Confusing Test Results

My doctor states that these test results indicate I have a new, current, acute infection of Coxsackie.
This goes against everything I understand about IGG and IGM.
IGG is supposed to be past infection  (this is the case with CMV and many others).
IGM is supposed to be new, acute, current infection  (this is the case with CMV and many others).

Coxsackie A7 IgM:  NEGATIVE

Coxsackie A16 IgM:  NEGATIVE
Coxsackie A24 IgM:  NEGATIVE

Is this a new acute current infection with Coxsackie A ?
I am a 38 year old male.

There is nothing unique about Coxsackie in that high IGG titers equals chronic, ongoing, unresolved viral activity?

Any test result is correlated with the clinical findings. Presence of IgG usually indicates past infection while presence of IgM indicates recent infection. What are the symptoms you have been having?
