Need advice for a 5+ year pinched nerve in neck?

Caused from an auto accident, have been dealing with pain and arm weakness the entire time to the point of being in-patent for mental health from it and have lost multiple jobs. Can't find a Dr or neurologist (said I have no spinal dmg at least) that wants to do anything about it. I have been in agony every moment since the accident and have only taken Neurontin (currently take 2700mg per day, 3x 900mg 3times a day) but that barely gives any relief along with muscle relaxers/Diclofenac/tylenol/stretches/neck exercises every day. It's so mentally distracting I am in a state dazed? state most of the time with windows of clarity.

Hello~Since you have no spinal damage, I would say you definitely need to see a chiropractor. the drugs will not cure you and are only a mask.  The pinched nerves in your neck are blocking and more than likely compressing other vertebrae causing the issues you are having. The chiropractor will take x-rays of your neck, study them and then discuss the treatment plan. After a few treatments, you should start feeling lots better. I truly think you will be helped if you do this.
