Unexplained weight loss

Ok, so I know I post a lot of things but its only because I have so many different problems. This one has been goin on or the past year or so.
I have lost all my weight and muscle.
Im 5' 2" and i used to be 120 pounds about 3 years ago but the recent year, I have been eating as normal as I usually do, I have lost so much weight I am 100. At one point I was 92 and it was quite scary I was starting to see my ribs.
I have no idea why this is going on. I eat as much as the friend I live with, and she's 140. I know some people think it's metabolism but is it possible? I have never had a fast metabolism in my life it's actually extremely hard for me to lose weight, normally. and it's not just weight I'm losing, I used to be the strongest girl I knew, I had some real muscle, and they are literally all gone, I could do 30 pushups and now I can do a single one. I havent changed any habits or anything. I mean I do work out a little less but that's because of how horrible I will feel when I do, especially with my muscles gone I literally can barely lift a gallon of milk. No matter how hard I try I can't seem to gain a single pound. Or muscle. I work out as much as I can and nothing. My strength stays the same or deteriorates. I don't get it. I know cancer can make you lose all that weight and muscles but I'm not going to say automatically "I have cancer"
Does anyone know what this could possible be?
It just makes no sense because I do every single thing the exact same as I always have and I just keep losing more and more weight, like I said I was even 92 pounds at one point, if it wasn't for Boosts I still would be but I'm not getting over 100 pounds. I am stumped at this. And it's not like I have ANY money to see a dr and get every test.
Any ideas?

If you are experiencing a lot of pain in your guts, ask the doctor if you can be checked out for Helicobacter Pylori as well.  This test is more accurate by doing a breath test.

You will have to have a stool sample checked to see if you have the other parasites.

Best wishes.

Thanks all of you. It never even crossed my mind that a parasite could be the problem, but now that you mention it, it might be. It could explain a lot of things, including these weird pains I have been getting in my intestines lately. My dad used to be pretty bad about undercooking meat at times so it could just be it. I'll try to see a dr as soon as I can but now that I know what it could've it might help the dr to give me the right tests.
Thanks again! I can't believe I didn't even think of that.

My previous message should read that you should eat meat for protein as well as the other foods I mentioned.

I think the ****** in my previous message means that the moderators have edited my post about a word that was deemed to be rude when this was not the intention.  So I shall rephrase it to read:

The tapeworm, as it grows depletes the nutrients in your guts.

Sorry for any misunderstandings.

It is possible that you have a parasite of some sort.  My mom had some undercooked pork many years ago and had trichinosis.  The tape worm made her lose a lot of weight and she was also losing muscle although she had been very active and in good health before that.
Please see a doctor to determine if there is a parasite infection of some sort.

Wishing you the best

If you are working out a lot and still eating the same as you did before, it is possible that you are burning more calories that what you are consuming.

For muscle, you do need to eat protein, which means, eat, fish, eggs, nuts, pulses.  Muscle needs protein.

You may have a very overactive thyroid gland which would need to be checked out by a blood test by a doctor.

The other reason for eating and doing the same and losing a lot of weight is by having a parasite in your guts, and especially a tape worm.  Tape worm eggs can be ingested through undercooked meat, especially pork.  The egg then hatches out in the gut and starts to grow.  It ***** up the nutrients in your gut.

If you are going to keep working out, make sure that you do eat protein.
Have a blood test to check out for any abnormalities, like hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid).  And have your stools checked out for any parasites.

Best wishes.
