Check your body tempature take readings throught the day.

If it is close to 100 and flcutuates between 97 to 100 then there is some sort of infection in body. Then go for CBC and seek doctor's advice. If there is no fever then You have some vitamin deficiency.

Hello Jimmy and thank you!

i will go and buy a thrmometer after work and keep an eye on this.

i have called the doctor to make an appoinment to, its a new doctor as I have moved but they cannot see me until next month.

I forgot to mention that i have never been a sweaty person however at night when in bed water just pours of me and my partner says i am boiling hot even though i feel freezing and apparantly i woke up screaming the other night which i dont remember and am a bit ambarrased about.

i dont understand as apart from been a bit over weight but still active, i have always been so healthy

do you have any ideas what it could be?

thanks

You may be developing migraines or your thyroid maybe acting up... which can cause irritability, and weight gain... and when you get your glucose test done get 2; one fasting and one where you have no restrictions before your test! I hope you feel better and all is well! Good Luck!
