Advice needed: feeling shaky, weak, and dizzy

I'm 31 years old and female. About 4 weeks ago I started feeling extremely tired and dizzy/light headed. I am usually full of energy and I noticed an off feeling. It's almost like I have vertigo. I've been to the doctor and did blood work. My vitamin D was low, a 20 and my platelets were a little low, 141. I am going back on Monday to retest my platelets and also test my iron. I have been anemic in the past, but all of my previous blood works were coming back with normal levels of iron. My brain has also been fuzzy and hard to concentrate. I have felt hot and cold, but my temperature hasn't gone above 99.9. My normal temperature on my thermometer is 98.8. I'm just not myself ans it's very frustrating to get through each day. I have a 2 year old who requires a lot of attention and I feel like I can barely take care of myself. My muscles feel shaky at times when I'm trying to use small muscles like fingers or arms. I took a workout class that I normally take and my muscles were trembling/shaking by the end. That is not normal for me. I am small, petite, and I get enough sleep and I eat healthy. I ruled out my sugars being a problem by testing and getting in the normal range. I feel like the doctor isn't taking my symptoms very seriously and pushes me out the door.

Does anyone have any idea of what this can be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
