Seeing tiny white flashing spots

I've been seeing alot of tiny white flashing spots especially when I'm looking at the sky.

These spots weren't there in the past and they came together with my sudden onset of floaters.

Are they serious? What caused them?

I have seen an eye specialist for my floaters and he said my retinal is fine.

Nope. No other test other than for my eyes. I do have low blood pressure. Could it be the cause?

Did you get any tests done? Blood work?  Could be low iron levels.  You should see your doctor and see if you can be seen by a neurologist.  Whenever you don't feel right or have a question about your health, you should always ask your doctor and if you are still unsure, ask for a second opinion.
