Muscle spasms headaches fatigue disorientation and more

Hi there, im looking for some help here because I have seen many doctors and still do not have any answers. Over the last year and a half I have had episodes that arise out of nowhere and then after weeks they go away and continue to come and go. During these episodes I have headaches, or what feels like pressure in my head, extreme fatigue, muscle spasms all over my body, tingling sensations, weakness in my leg and hand, neck stiffness, deep muscle aches and joint pains. The list goes on and on. It seems like everytime I get a new episode, the symptoms get worse. I have had mris and cat scans done to rule out ms, tumors, or bleeds. My labs are all normal, but I know something is wrong. Please help if you have had similar symptoms.
Thank you for your time.
