It could be something called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. EDS causes frequent joint dislocations and a ton of other problems depending on the type of EDS you have. If you have double jointedness in your jojnts where you can do weird things that others cannot do like touch your thumb to your wrist, bend your leg back weird, or something like that - even if you could do these things as a kid but can't now then I would see a geneticist about EDS. A rheumatologist also might be able to give you a diagnosis. I hope this helps. Send me a private message if you would like more information.
It sounds like you could have Lyme Disease. Everything you list, except for the hip dysplasia, is on the list of symptoms of disseminated Lyme.
Check out this document that was originally intended for doctors, but gives a good symptom list.

It's often difficult to find a doctor who knows the disease well. Your best bet is to find a LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor) who knows how to diagnose and treat it. A LLMD believes that as long as you have symptoms, you are still infected and will treat you until you are well, whereas an Infect. Disease doc will give you a month of antibiotics, pronounce you cured, and tell you that your symptoms might resolve over time as your immune system calms down.
A local Lyme support group can give you referrals, as can ILADS.org. Many people have to travel a ways to get to a good one. Please come check out the Lyme forum to see other stories and to ask some questions.
Hi there it could be due to your depression, when you get depressed your hole body gets run down and your body go's a bit mad and you pick up silly little things. I'm always getting yeast infections, i think some people are just prone to getting them. When i was pregnant i kept getting them and the doctor told me to tell my partner to use the cream i was given. Because you can pass it on to them then you get rid of it and they give it you back. Eating to much sugar can give you yeast infections and when you have one eating sugary food can make them worse. And don't use bubble bath or really strong soap in the bath or down below because that can cause them. Because your vagina has natural bacteria that cleans and keeps your vagina healthy and when you use soaps it can wash it away and antibiotics can have the same affect that why you get yeast infections.
