Swollen Epitrochlear lymph node or some cyst in epitrochlear region ?

I have a swollen epitrochlear node on my left arm 3 cm proximal to the elbow crease between the biceps and the triceps , it can be felt against the medial aspect of shaft of humerus . The lymph node is there from last 50 days . Its size is neither increasing nor decreasing in size . Its size would be that of a pea or smaller than a pea . Its not movable , its hard and feels as if it is embedded into some deep structure beneath it . I have only this node swollen . I don't have any other swollen node . Sometimes when i see it closely it feels as if it is connected to a vein but I am not sure . Is it a lymph node or does it points to something less scary like a lipoma or cyst ? Tbh when i squeeze it a small rounded structure appears oval in shape of size 6mm*5mm on skin . My ESR is 26mm/hr . My blood work was normal except for MPV and PDW . Both MPV and PDW were raised .

Hello~I would certainly discuss this issue with your physician. I am just familiar at all with this issue. I would suggest maybe asking for an MRI of the area?
