Subconjunctival Hemorrhages and Red Face

I have superficial broken blood vessels (subconjunctival hemorrhages) in the eye and red cheeks. I went to my family physician and she prescribed antibiotic eye drops, a steroid shot, and allergy pills. However I am still worried, what is causing this? Should I be concerned?

hi
There is no connection between the two, subconjuctival hemmorrhage is not dangerous and does not reqire treatment, it resolves by itself.
it mihgt be relate to contact lenses, trauma to the eye, or severe exercise againt weight but usually there is no clear cause

flushing has many causes.
hypertension or diabetes can be  risk factors for SCH, and there are some connections between flushing and hypertension or diabetes, but these are very rare
get your red cheeks diagnosed by your doctor, and see if treatment helps.
can you send photo of your cheeks?
