Lump under eye coming & going for weeks

About 2 weeks ago I noticed redness under my eyes but it was around the time I had a cold so figured it was related to this. 2 days ago I had a small bubble lump kind of like a mosquito bite under my eye lid with no other symptoms, after a short time it had gone. I then woke up yesterday morning with the same thing but again went away after a short time. Yesterday arvo I had it again so I took a hayfever tablet & this one got a lot worse, it was like 1 large mosquito bite & then a smaller one. After about 2-3 hrs it went down but it's still swallon a little bit & red under the eye now 18 hours later. My family things it's allergies but I don't get why the hayfever tablet didn't do anything & why it keeps swapping eyes. I've also never experienced anything like this from what I can remember.. I haven't changed and products & I havent used makeup for 4 days now. Has anyone else had something similar?

Okay, I'm glad you clarified. Because I was thinking stye.  I still could be.  Stye's are caused by staph and you could have a small infected area there.  Don't touch it or pick it or anything like that.  Can you get to your doctor to check it out?
