I agree. The times in which there is toxicity of Vitamin D which is called hypervitaminosis D happens almost exclusively as a result of over supplementation. To the numbers of 60,000 mg a day for months. Your numbers seem fine and I personally would not worry. :>))
Hello~I did some research on this, and it seems that the level you have is not dangerous, in fact, the author goes on to say that even above 150 nmol/l is not dangerous. It seems that being exposed to large amounts of sun in the past can also cause a rise in the levels, such as the sunburn you got earlier in the year.
I would certainly tell your GP that you want your calcium levels checked as high levels can cause high levels of Vitamin D as well. But, in the meantime, try not to worry, your numbers are fine.
