Causes of hard & soft lymph nodes on collarbone/neck and face.

I have 2 rock hard lumps on both right and left  clavicle (collarbones), they are literally both on top of the bone and they are movable. The left is about 8mm on left side and about 4mm on the right side.

I Also notices a very hard 5mm movable round lymph node above my right clavicle.

I have 2 small soft lymph nodes on the side of my neck, left and right. and a rock hard one on my jaw near my left cheek bone.

2 soft ones behind my left ear, one is about 3mm and the other is about 1cm. also have soft 5mm node behind my right ear as well.

The ones on my left ear I notices a few years back and the lymph node on the right side of my neck about 10 years ago but the others I discovered about 1 month ago.

Is this a sign of cancer or are these hard nodes shotty nodes because of the size?

I do have really bad skin on my face and scalp which Ive had for years which is most likely eczema and I have a lot of flare ups which makes my face and scalp sore and itchy.

I must note that my joints on the collarbones make like a grinding noise with movement and and sound like something is being torn.

I have really bad anxiety and just want to know if its something serious.

By the description of the lumps that you say are hard, but moveable, sounds like they may be ganglion cysts.  The only way to find out for definite is to get checked out by the doctor.

You do need some help with the sore and itchy skin on your face and scalp.  You may need an antibiotic or a special cream to help.  You may have a condition called rosacea.  If the doctor confirms that that is what your problem is, a metronizadole cream called Rosex is really good to clear it up.  You  may notice that when you get these flare ups there may a trigger, like cold wind, too sunny, certain foods or drinks.  Keep a note of when these flare ups happen and what you were eating and drinking and the environment at the time to help you find your trigger.  There may be more than one trigger.

Hope you get sorted out very soon.
Let me know how you get on.

Best wishes.

I don't think they are bone spurs, I just googled what they are and mine are hard and are movable. I don't think bone spurs are movable?

At first I thought that the lumps on both sides of my clavicle were lymph nodes but everything Ive read says that lymph nodes are not directly on the clavicle bone, they are above them?

I do have a round hard pea sized one above my right clavicle which must be a lymph node, it may be a shotty node, but im not sure.

Thank you for your comment and tips about my skin.

These are called lipomas. (fatty cysts).  The hard ones might be bone spurs.  They can be treated by taking Grape seed extract capsules or pills.

An x-ray would determine much better what these lumps/bumps are.  You might want to see what a doctor says about them.   Some might have to be removed by surgery.

I have had two lumps removed - one on my chest wall and one in my breast.  Yes, it hurt some... but the lumps were already hurting when I had them removed.

As for the bad skin, you might try taking Zinc.  It is a mineral that we just don't get enough of as we become teenagers and young adults.   Also, make sure to wash your face every night and use a good lotion with aloe.  Should help in a couple of days.
