Ugh, sorry you are feeling so ill.  Do you think you have food poisoning or a stomach bug?  Unfortunately, with stomach bugs, really there is nothing a doctor can do.  It's important to stay hydrated.  Drink small sips though.  But frequently.  Just a couple of sips every 15 minutes.  Don't worry about eating.  Just stay hydrated.  If it's food poisoning, they often don't do anything either but occasionally give an antiemetic which helps stop vomiting.  They really use these sparingly though.  The do sell over the counter things like emetrol which is supposed to help with vomiting and also things like pepto bismal.  I know that I keep tums close by when sick like this too.  Time tested favorite for vomiting and nausea is ginger ale or 7 up.  If it continues or you do become dehydrated, you'll have to bite the bullet and see a doctor.  Urgent cares sometimes work on a sliding fee for those who don't have insurance who have to pay cash.

But likely, you just need to let it pass as a doctor can't do much for a virus.  Hope you feel better soon and keep family away so they don't get it as it is usually quite contagious.

Gastroenteritis is another possibility.  But this also often gets better on its own.

Let us know how you are doing!
