burning tongue and ear ringing

I have left sided burning tongue and left sided facial pain and ear ringing for the last 3 years , it started after my tooth extraction, have seen many doctors but no gain.

Sometimes due to nerve damage.Vitamin b supplements or brewers yeast tablets are apparently good for repairing nerve damage.

im not sure what this could be... have the dr's done an mri? sometimes with tooth extractions there can be complications leading to perminate nerve damage resulting in strange feelings pain and numbness.. the extent of which im not sure... it also depends on the location of the extraction... i would see a neurologist to test for nerve impairment
