declining blood pressure

Hi lately my blood pressure has been a bit low. The lowest was around 88 over 58 and heartrate around 77. I have been feeling "fuzzy brain" and like I have a bit of pressure building up in my head, I have been having dull headaches. I am just getting a little worried. Should I be worried? And when should I go to the ER?

Yes. You should go to the ER. The most likely cause is dehydration, but you require a work-up. The ER's are slow at night. You might try now.
