Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

For the last few months I have been waking up with what seems like night sweats. I feel very clammy and almost like I just got out of a shower. I have also noticed that my eyes are also very puffy with big "bags" under them. Even after a full nights sleep I am still very tired. Just within the last couple weeks I have been having a feeling of my body sleeping, the pins and needles. Currently my right arm has this sensation constantly and when I move my arms or turn my head to fast that sensation will shoot all over my body.

I was in the ER yesterday for this and everything was good. They had done an MRI and cat scan, and they both came back normal. Also had a swallow test and muscle test done which also came back normal. Pretty much the doctor had no clue what was going on and sent me home. Today the sensations are still there. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and would possibly know what this could be or what I could possibly do to help this.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am super confused.
