I agree with the last post, that it sounds somewhat like Bells Palsy.

Have you been checked for Bells Palsy?
I too have a numbness in my forehead after a fatty tumor was removed. The local anesthesia applied around the tumor killed all pain during the procedure. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and the scar remains numb and a ribbon of numbness runs up to the top of my hairline. I posed a question to the Forum on this program, and I await an answer. I suspect my age and a reaction to the anesthesia for the numbness.

Try Neurologist and with a positive RA factor you should be started on meds for RA. If the rheumatologist you saw didn't do much try another one. RA can progress to the point you can't use your hands anymore so it is important to get on treatment for that. But also getting the lump biopsied and seeing a neurologist will get you the quickest answers for the headaches and pressure in your head. Good luck.
