general health

i always have diarrhea  could it be i don't enough fiber

It depends on how bad the diarrhea is what is going on. I had messy stools and that was due to low fiber and I take metamucil every day now and it has stopped but heavy diarrhea every day may be something else. Hard to say. You can try as the last post said to take fiber and see if it stops it and if not follow up with a doctor. But, please stay hydrated and get enough potassium (bananas , gatoraide etc.).

MY husband has the same problem and they told him he needed fiber,so we got some at a health store.

How long have you had it? If only a day or two it could be viral. If longer, it is possible you have a bacterial or parasitic infection. Keep hydrated and get to your doctor to get tested.
