Your current height will not change much if at all at age 22.
I'm 22 and I have been the same height since I was 17. I highly doubt a height increase at 22, but anything is possible.
it is possible though but don't count on it. I have read that some vitamins can help as well as exercise but that will only get you about a few inches/centimetres... or you can always undergo surgery but that means staying in bed for a few months and also gain maybe a few inches
Not safely. For civil service tests where there is a height requirement (fire department for example) "stretching" with an axial traction harness and hanging upside down and certain exercises can increase your height temporarily by up to 5/8 inch. People pay good money for physicians to provide this service as the civil service jobs are very well paying.
It is kinda tough to grow height after 22 age. But you can try exercise and medicines avails in the market.
