He's been paralyzed since March 16 2008 for a wreck ..They said two for the results from the CT and another day for the culture results..

In my opinion, sounds like a bladder and/or a kidney infection.  I am not sure if he has a problem with his bladder, ureters or kidneys.

How long has he been paralyzed?

Keep us updated on the results of the CT.

Sounds like a systemic infection.  I would be seeking emergent care for him.

Swelling of his extremities means circulation is being impaired, a fever would be indicative of an infection ie the rash, get him to an emergency room.
