from you'r letter itself it is understood that the main problem you are facing is OVER WEIGHT so try to reduce it first
Hi Carovack,
my opinion is that your high bp is causing the dizzyness. Probably goes when you laugh. If you aren't on meds for the bp then you may need bp meds. Obviously, lowering weight will help some but in the interim you should get teh bp under control. How is your blood suger? You may want to get that checked too.
take care,

Laughter has an effect on blood vessels in the brain; they dilate when you laugh thus perhaps causing you to have a "head rush."
Is the "dizziness" only when you laugh?
Are you on bp meds?
Elevated bp is NOT just a "overweight" issue; certainly doesn't help bp either. I have taken care of alot of patients who were underweight and normal weight and have bp issues. Vascular issues don't just happen to "overweight" people.
