lump on scalp

i have a painful lump on the left side of my head what could that be

Need help. Three weeks ago I had a migraine headache for 3 days. After that I noticed I had a a quarter size lump on my scalp just above my left ear. I have been experiencing dizziness, feeling of wanting to pass out, my eyes and head feel very heavy, and sometimes I feel like I can't hold my neck up. CT scan showed nothing which is scary because I know what I'm experiencing and sometimes its hard to put into words talking to the doctor. Since first discovering the lump, now more smaller ones have popped up, mostly on the left side of my head, my ear throbs and my throat seems to swell up even though I have no problem swallowing and my left eye goes blood shot and feels like the pink eye, but clears up the next day, this has happened twice. The lumps are painful and its hard to sleep at night. Its unbearable to function because I feel like I'm drunk from the time I wake til I go to bed the feeling is constant. I have an irregular heartbeat that I take soltalol for, other than that no other problems. Can someone direct me because it feels like my doctor isn't listening. I'm so scared. Thanks in advance.

It could be ANYTHING from an ingrown hair to something horrible, I would just get it checked out if it gets any discoloration, more painful or bigger!!
