possibly varicocele

On the Nov,I heard slight pain in my groin I took self prescribed antibiotics, I felt better and relieved, only for a week later, the pains came back but to my testicular region, the I heard to visit my doctor and another dose of antibiotics was prescribed, it relieved the ache to a great extent but the ache remained a little and has refuse to stop completely, it remain as a discomfort, urine test came back clear, same with pelvic ultrasound.
discomfort is felt in the sacroiliac joint, superiolateral quadrant of scrotum, not testicular pain again, pain is intermittent, could this be varicocele?

the ultrasound didn't include scrotal scan besides I see no sack of worms, only @ time wen I palpate I feel like my spermatic cord is dilated and resolve in less than 2 sec, mostly pain is referred to flutes left glute, but mostly in my sacroiliac joint(left). I pray every day for pain to resolve by itself, and besides I want to have children. I pray this is not varicocele. the discomfort is intermittent

If the ultrasound didn't show varicocele then either have it done again or have a
Doppler ultrasound.
