can you answer this question ?

my body is sore, my back is hurting, i have a swollen throat.... i have a runny nose..im sneezing nd coughingg what is worng with me ?

I would assume it is a common cold. Those may not seem bad but they can knock you on your rump if not properly taken care of. You should try some serious bed rest, some brothy soup and something like ginger ale. Just relax stay warm and bundled up and you will sweat it out hopefully. Good Luck! :-)

  It sound like a garden variety common cold or virus to me. If you are running a temp take advil, drink lots of liquids, you might want to take a multi-symptom reliever like Day-Quil non-drowsy to feel better. If your fever gets worst or develope worse symptoms, see you family practice doc. Chicken soup will sooth the throat & help open up a stuffy nose.Get good rest & I hope you feel better soon!

Well, first of all, I'd recommend that you see your family practitioner, simply because a swollen throat can be a sign of inflammation. If you have a fever of over 101.5, I'd definitely see your doctor. As for a condition, I'm not exactly sure, could be mumps if your tonsils are swollen, could be a cold or the flu.
