My daughter had her tubes tied twice and had two surprises.  She had her tubes tied after her last daughter and 5 years later had a boy and had her tubes tied again as he was a c section and she had a heart attack during delivery.  Then she had another baby boy 5 years later!!  -  I had a sister-in-law who had her tubes tied 5 times!!! She has leukemia and was told she couldn't have any more children... she kept getting pregnant despite having her tubes tied and burned.... the last time they pulled them outside of  her body to dry up...
Take another pregnancy test.  Could be a false negative.  Or maybe your hormones are "off" a little and you aren't pregnant...

As sure as I sit here, I am friends with a married couple who had the same thing happen... and a new daughter 9 months later!  You should see an ob/gyn asap. - Blu
