what do my test results mean

Really hope someone can help me. I have to wait 2 weeks to see my doctor. In November based on blood and urine test I was told I am prediabetic and have high blood pressure. I take a pill for the blood pressure that is suppose to flush the sodium out of my body. Here are my new test results that came back abnormal. Chloride was 105 in November and is now 109. AGAP was 5 and is now 3. Ur Microalb/Ur Creat Ratio was 200 and is now 108. Ur Microalbumin was 11.5 and is now 12.8. FSH is 1.3. UA Blood is still small (abnormal). UA Protein is still trace (abnormal). UA Micro Ind? is still indicated. UA RBC was 0-5 and is now 5-10. UA Bacteria is occasional. UA Amorph Urate Crystal is moderate. I apologize if this is not something I am suppose to ask on here. I'm new and just really frustrated with having to wait so long in between doctor appointments to find out whats going on with my body. Thank you so much for any help you can give me.

Hopefully they have done more than just give you a water pill which is what they did.  You are taking a diuretic, right?  Do they have you on a weight loss program or anything like that or make that recommendation?  Regular exercise, low salt, etc?  While I'm not an expert, Ur Microalb/Ur Creat ration and the microalbumin test are improving numbers which is the right direction and I'd say your diuretic is working for those.  Those help to diagnose kidney dysfunction.  The 200 number and 100 number are higher than what you want but going down and the other number is within normal.  Your first UA rbc was normal and your second is slightly elevated.  This is red blood cells in urine. It's so slight that I wouldn't be concerned.

Overall, I don't see anything that jumps out to me so I would not be nervous waiting to talk to your doctor.  Let us know what they say!
