Why do you think this? Have you seen it? Describe your symptoms. I am an ER nurse and have seen women with pinworms in the vagina. Pinworm larvae are ingested from contaminated food. They move through our digestive tract and complete their life cycle in our anus. Somehow they can be "relocated" to the vagina either thru anal - vaginal sex or other means. Regardless, you need to be seen by a gynecologist. Your local health department can help you make an appointment if you don't already have a doctor. You should be seeing an gynecologist every year for your health anyway. Good luck
