You had no risk. In the history of HIV, no one has ever been infected with HIV from the things you have described. No risk means there is no reason to test.
In an adult, the ONLY way you could be exposed to HIV is by unprotected anal or vaginal sex or by sharing IV drug needles with infected users. Nothing else you can think of would cause an exposure, including everything you wrote about.

and now I have a fever only fever no cough, no flu, no running nose, my fever is 101.5 F and I feel cold in this hot season, but there is no rash, no swallon lymph node, no mouth ulcers, slightly throat pain.
