HIV is spread by unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles. You will not get a different answer here. Saliva and air inactivate the virus as well. Even having a one time exposure of unprotected intercourse is less than 1 percent chance. Think about that. You will not get HIV from kissing and there is no true literature suggesting you will. Theoretical risk is something the CDC refers to but that is not real world risk. If HIV began beging transmitted by kissing, trust me the world would be fully aware. It would be front page news.
