Risk of infection?

Apologis if silly question. I got a little soft when I first penetrated, and changed my condom twice and did some foreplay before I manage to get it off to a nice start. Was still soft when I penetrate, but became all good after a while. What is my risk of getting infected with HIV?

Sorry if silly question

Apologies, just a little shaken off by the whole ordeal...

Please be patient.  There's no need to bump your thread.

You didn't have a risk.  As long as the condom remained intact and covered the head of your penis, you were protected.  The lack of a strong erection is irrelevant.
