I am worried and I want to know.

I had protected vagina sex with a CSW, After we had sex, i laid back to rest, she came back on me and i fingered her continuosly. At some point i noticed vagina fluid and little stains of blood on my finger. A minute later the waiter brought my in my food, I was so hungry that i forgot to wash my hands, and i stupidly ate the food with the same hand that i used in fingering her. Please is this an HIV concern, can i get infected  by that ? Please, bear with me, I am worried and I want to know.
