protected but worried

i have a sex with condom with an unknown woman yesterday but after 5 minute i put out condom and a part of her sexual liqiuds remain on the top of my penis(not head of it).i wash my penis with soap and water but i scare the mixture of water, soap and her liquids  from my penis whole enter my body and i get hiv.please guide me

can u gaurantee i am free of hiv now? it is almost 0% or exactely equall to 0%? i scare the unknown characteristic of hiv virus cause unknown behaviour of it forexample being active at out of its host.

You can get HIV if you put your penis inside a vagina or anus WITHOUT a condom.

you have NO RISK for what you did. You do NOT have HIV and you do not need to test for the question you asked.

I meant "the virus" is inactive outside the body. and by penetration i meant vagina/anus NOT oral exposures.

YES. That's exactly what I mean. As long as you're protected "WHILE PENETRATED" you're safe. Fluids are inactive outside the body and cannot infect.

u mean that any contact with her fluids that remain out of her body with head of my penis only 5 min after sex have not any risk for me if she is hiv+?

If your condom was on the whole time when your penis was INSIDE her vagina (which seems it was) you had no risk. How you took the condom off afterwards is not important - regardless of any kind of contact with her fluids.
