10 weeks test

Hi Good day,

I am a heterosexual male. My exposure was an unprotected vagina intercourse with a csw for about 6 second 12weeks ago. I did my hiv antibody test and sifilis vdrl test at week no6 and week no 10 with a third generation ( Abbott axSYM- usa) with negetive result. I am still very very scare and worry that any change of the result will entirely change my life. I plan to go for another test this week which will be the 13 week. Can any answerer out there let me know is it posible for my hiv and sifilis test change to a positive? If posible, what is the percentage?
Thank very very much for your answer as I am anxious now, feel very cold each day.

12/13 week is conclusive .HIV antibody testing after 6 -8 week gives us highly reliable results.Your 10 week negative status results is extremely unlikely to be changed to positive in 12/13 week.I am 99% confident that your negative status will sustain in 12/13 week testing.
However 12/13 week testing is compulsory for HIV.

The incubation period for Syphilis is usually 10 to 90 days. However testing for  Syphilis  at 10 weeks gives a reliable results  .

Always use condoms properly and never share needles
