12wk HIV RNA PCR

ok so i recently went to an hiv specialist on 02/12. the week before i took a number of different test from hep b, syphillis, cmv, hiv 1/2 ab and hiv rna pcr. So i was freaking out because i know i have hiv due to my consistent symptoms. I still continue to have lymphadenopathy, white tounge, oral abscess, weight loss, headaches. Well the doc confirmed hiv ab negative and the Hiv rna pcr non-detectible.

Doctor went on to tell me that i do not have hiv and that i am ok. Then she went on to say that the cmv test came back high amounts in my blood. I asked if that could be causing my symptoms and she said mayb. Well now i am worried because i recently read that only about 2% of hiv is ever in the blood stream so a non detectible even without taking meds is not a sign of not being infected. Again this is my 12wk and on 2/10 i took a clearview finger prick test n was negative as well. But i just know that hiv is in my lymph nodes. They are tender and palpable in all areas of my body not just the neck, groin, pits. I can feel over them n feel a bunch of little pea sized pumps grouped together, So the way i was seeing it is if someone has HIV and during ARS exp thrush and oral abscess isnt that a sign of weaken immune system? If hiv was causing these symptoms would it have been a sign of high viral load in the blood and detected even now at 12wks? I know CMV is an OI of hiv and now i am concerned that i am a very fast progressor going stra8 to aids. I know this sound too extreme but CMV doesnt cause Lymphadenopathy so that wouldnt even start to explain my symptoms. Either way i am not sure if i should continue testing even past the 12wk mark. Can someone please answer my questions. Thank u!

We're done with this discussion. You don't have HIV and if your doctor was concerned about your lymph nodes she would have told you.

I just dont know what else can explain the lymphadenopathy, i think u know my exp (broken condom 2x going from vaginal to anal) and all this started 1wk after exp. I have read that early signs of hiv are lymphadenopathy n that it stays active for months or years or even till treatment is started. do u really believe that if i was infected right now, the NAAT test at 5 n 7wks and now the HIV RNA PCR wouldnt have caught atleast something, the test i took recently went as low as 48 copies per ml. But i guess reading about hiv hiding in the nodes or other organs n not showing up in the blood stream kind of freaked me out. I am sorry for asking again.
