15 days ict test have any value?

i told everything before here. and many suggestion gave me also. it was very helpful for me to survive. i got diarrhea for 2 days, and take only one antibiotic tablet. and its gone. but i have no wish to eat food. i lost weight, minimum 1.5 kg. but i have no flu, cold, rash,anything  i tested 2 week ict test here. has it any value? i told before, i sex with my wife after 4days of my unsafe sex. she has no problem of in these days. though my breast feeding baby suffer one day fever and 5 days diarrhea, now she has no problem. she is excellent health condition. my wife today 13 days, suffer abdominal pain and vomiting one time. and feel uncomfortable with her stomach. here is cold season, yesterday evening i got  pain in my respiratory system. that time i got fear. after that i drink hot tea. i it fully recovered that time. i tested all std test, but it was 15 days from post exposure. many people said ict test vary accurate after 9days, in 15 days test become 80% correct. please tell me about my symp
