18 months old exposure and worrying

Hi, I had protected veginal sex and unprotected oral sex 18 months ago. These 18months i do not have any symptoms, happily living normal life. Recently started urethra burning and scant clear liquid discharge. I have gone through, HIV, HbSAg, HCV, HSV (IgG and IgM), chlamaydia (IgG), syphils and VDRL blood tests. Also, urine multiplex PCR for chlamaydia, gonorrhea, micoplasma genitalim, Trichmoniasis, ureaplasma, and 5more bactrial. All tests negative. I am worrying a lot, is there any connection between my 18 months old incident and current symptoms? I need to join in new job, can't able to focus on anything.

You had no risk whatsoever for HIV from your activity so wasted 18 months with worry. No testing was even necessary. But since you did, all negative, the continued worry? No necessary. You do not have HIV. As to other STD's, you had very little risk and in the absence of symptoms, they do not recommend testing. You tested anyway and were negative. It is time to let this event go. If you can't, then talk to your doctor about anxiety.

Thanks for your response. My current worry is, why am I getting these symptoms (pain and burning in penies and mild water like discharge) now after 18months of exposure Is my symptoms due to that incident or any other problem like prostrate etc..? I consulted with several urologists and venerologists, they treated me with Azethromycin, docxy, levoflaxicin, raxythromycine antibiotics during last 3months, but my symptoms still Continuing. My doctors says that there may be no link between my current symptoms and 18months ago incident as incubation period for STIs are not longer than 6months. Can I rest assured that my symptoms are not due to the 18months old sexual activity and move on unprotected sex with my wife?
Your current worry has nothing to do with HIV or an std. Take care.
Thank you, it means a lot.
