HIV blood to wound

Hi there
After shaving my face I had a small cut on the neck that was bleeding, and about 30 minutes later I shaked my hands with a lady whome I don't know, then 15 minutes later I touched my neck with my fingers. So I'm worried that when shaking the hands of the lady her hand was bleeding then I touched my cut of shaving, is there a risk? Should I test? Anyway after touching my neck I looked at my finger and there was no blood.

Also this leads me to 2 questions:

1-If we imagine that the hand of the lady was bleeding when I shaked her hand and a drop of blood got into my finger, how long it will take for the blood to dry and kill the virus?

2-A cut issue from a razor when shaving how long it takes to heal so that it prevents any infection? When I looked at it on the mirror I saw a clot on it, does it prevent infection?

Thank you

You NEVER had a risk for HIV and do NOT need to test.

This assessment takes into account your two other questions.......the answer remains the same.

Let it go.
