HIV from using contaminated condom

Hello,
I stayed in a hotel in Singapore 2 months ago. I had bought a pack of condoms to masturbate with it. I went into the bathroom and placed the condom on the countertop without noticing if it was cleaned. Then I put the condom on my penis and masturbated until ejaculation. What I am worried about is that there might be some infected semen on the countertop and the condom might have come in contact with it.
As a result, due to my ejaculation, the semen from the condom might have mixed with my own semen and entered the urethral opening which might be a risk. Also, I am uncircumcised, so after the act, I just pulled out the condom and pulled my back foreskin to the normal state after applying a little water.
I am having a lot of anxiety and this anxiety has forced me to believe that I might be infected.
I haven't had any fever or rash or sore throat. I only had occurrences of mouth ulcers twice and due to constant checking of lymph nodes, they are starting to pain and feel like they are swollen. I can feel tiny bumps in my neck. Also, occasionally, I have had headaches.
Am I at risk?
Please help.

So you are perfectly sure that even if there was HIV poz semen(although about 45 min old) and it came in contact with my urethra, it would not be a risk and I don't require any testing?
Also, one last question, is there any possible risk of other STDs through this way?

It is purposeless to keep asking the question that has been answered. See doc and a therapist because your problem is uncontrolled irrational anxiety which is at this point is a bit of mental illness, however a therapist might get you back to normal life instead of wasting it trying to be a HIV scientist without any science training.
Thanks a lot for the assurance.

Not a risk.  HIV is transmitted from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  Contaminated counters don't exist as the virus is inactivated by air.  There is absolutely no way to get HIV from using a condom that had been laid on a bathroom countertop.  NO risk

The semen would at least be 45 min old, considering the time gap between check out and check in. Would it still be a risk?

Also, can HIV, once inactive, be activated again? Since there would be some semen under my foreskin, is it possible that it can somehow regain its infectivity?
You were never at any risk, as you have already been told by GuitarRox.  Btw, what is the wisdom behind masturbating in the condom?
Just an experiment. But I didn't realize I had to go through so much anxiety for this. I mean, this is all I am thinking of day and night.
