Just as not to make confusion, I should've said in #1: '....a partner who doesn't have a fixed sexual partner.....'
1. If you come across a partner who doesn't have a fixed unprotected sexual partner, even a test doesn't necessarily tell if he/she has already contracted HIV because he/she could get HIV after the test or he/she has got tested but was still in window period, therefore making the HIV undetectable by then, and there's no way of knowing HIV status without a test. So just wear condom, and wear it right.
2. (Refer to above answers)
Unfortunately there is no technique available to check the HIV status of a person just by visual looks. Many people, actually infected, remain asymptomatic.
It is therefore recommended for your own protection, not get involved in unprotected sex with anyone with unknown health status. Risk is always there, no matter how small or how significant. If I invite you to take a glass of drink from a table with 2000 glasses on it and then I also tell you, just one of these glasses have a drink, contaminated with a lethal poison (which is not known to anyone of us) . Would you dare to pick one?
HIV is not a game of Russian Lotto. Therefore always be careful and wise to use protection
1. how can one find that a lady is having hiv or not without tests. - Not possible, Testing is the ONLY way of knowing ones HIV status.
2. even a lady is having hiv, what is probability that a man can get hiv via unprotected sex wiht her. - From a single exposure it is a low risk, but a risk is a risk and it only takes one time to become infected via unprotected sex.
Hope this helps
1. Only the test will tell you if she has HIV or not.
2. A man can get HIV if he will have an unprotected sex with someone that has HIV. A risk is a risk with or without knowing the probability so don't put yourself at risk. Dont have sex without condom
