Sore throat, discharge, 2 red blotches on tongue, flu

About five months ago, I had an unprotected sex with a lady who had a fishy smelly Virgina. Then after two weeks, I had two red blotches on my tongue, headache, flu, sore throat, and fever. I also had yellowish discharge from my organ. Since then I have emaciated a lot.

All the above mentioned disappeared after treatment. I want to ask if am heading to HIV positive? The fact was that when I mentioned to the girl about my sickness, the first question she asked was if I had sore throat. I seem to believe she has HIV and passed it to me.

Given the description above, I think it sounds like HIV infection. Please comment.

If your sex was vaginal/anal then you have to test now, if it was only oral then you had no risk.

The only way to know if you were infected is by having an antibody test for HIV. You can test now for a conclusive result. Symptoms mean nothing in knowing your status ONLY a test will tell.

Hope this helps
