Am I at Risk??

I had a protected sexual intercourse with a girl without knowing she was on her period.  When I pulled out to change position, her blood was all over my condom and on the skin around my pubic area. So I removed the condom and went to the shower to rinse water to the pubic area.  The blood and water went down to my penis.  Am I at risk of contacting HIV.

Thank You

From what I've read, the virus dies when exposed to air
However wait for Teak to respond
