ARS Symptoms?

I'm M, 25, straight. I had unprotected sex 4 weeks back (with a female of unknown HIV status).

A week later, I had an itchy rash (red colored base, small flat papules) on my right under-arm (not on the left underarm, thus asymmetrical). A week later (2 weeks since the act), I developed small fluid-filled blisters on both sides of torso and they began spreading over time to thighs and arms (I thought the pattern looked somewhat like shingles). They were all more itchy than painful and crusted within some days. I'm confused whether this has anything to do with the unprotected sex?

Apart from skin issues,
- Sore throat: I got a sore throat this week for 3 days
- Muscle pain: My neck and shoulder/back muscles do pain (it could be due to stress lately though)
- Lymph nodes: None is swollen but due to anxiety, I try to feel my neck lymph nodes repeatedly. It does sometimes feel that the area around nodes is slightly swollen. Also, the veins on both sides of throat are noticeably throttling harder than usual (can this be due to anxiety?)
- Weight loss: I have lost about 12 pounds over last 6 months, but not sure how much of it was in last month.
- Fever : I haven't had fever (but I also read that ARS fever is mild, so maybe I din't notice it?)
- No headache, nausea, diarrhea so far.

I visited GP this week and got tests done. Results are awaited, but the wait period has been tense. I hven't been able to concentrate on anything else in the past week. Do you think these resemble ARS symptoms? Any advice will be of help till I receive my results.
Thanks!

Good news! I got the test results (26 days) and it's negative.
Test was 4th generation Ag/Ab. Should I put my worries to rest?

I am lately concerned over a couple of swollen lymph nodes at the back of my neck since last couple days. However the rash I had went off last week. Can symptoms like swollen lymph nodes and muscle pain show up a week after the rash?

I also experienced mild night sweat yesterday night. I almost woke up in shock to discover that, after I noticed lymph nodes (occipital and cervical) yesterday. These are such testing times! Comments/thoughts from any experienced medical professional will be so so so so helpful..please help!!

I had my 4th gen test late last week, results for which are awaited and the period inbetween is of heightened anxiety. (Doc said that rapid test aren't as sensitive, and will only catch your baseline 2 months back).

Get a rapid test done. If you have hiv, most people will test positive on the 4th gen test after 28 days, which as you have said it has been 4 weeks. It will give you a peace of mind until you receive your results. If you are negative on the test, you can 99% expect negative result from your doctor as well.

Also, now I feel a swollen lymph node at the back of my head. This one seems really swollen, unlike on the neck which could be tensed tissues.

Thank you for your reply during these anxious times.

I can link muscle pain and lymph node feeling to anxiety. But rashes appeared on their own (before I started worrying). By description, do you think they resemble ARS rash?

Thanks.

Also, I always had oily skin. But recently, my skin (including face) appears very  dry (this could be due to winter, but I never noticed a dry skin in past winters)
