What is the HIV rash like?

I had unprotected sex with a girl I do not know anything about. This was during Christmas time. Last week after working out at the gym, I got a rash that lasted about 10ish minutes and then went away. Then again this week after coming back from the gym, I got the same exact rash, and again it went away in about 5 minutes. It appeared on my thighs, shins, and arms and tops of my hands.

It would be a fluke to develop ARS 2 1/2 months after an actual hiv infection. And it won't be coming and going.
ARS generally starts around 2~4 weeks after infection. One symptom doesn't present a suspicion here for hiv.
You did have a risk by not using a condom. You are close to 12 weeks from this risk. Test at that time for a conclusive result.

Hello,
Unprotected penetration poses a risk of HIV transmission.
An HIV test at the right time will give you accurate results.
A 4th generation test should be done at 4 weeks post exposure and a simple HIV test at three months post exposure.
Keep calm and test at the right time.
Take care
