Accuracy of 3 rd gen finger prick hiv tests

Nearly one year ago I did finger prick hiv test on 56 th day, which came negative. I didn't have high risk encounter I went for blood test in lab and I didn't see them to open new needle in front of me. So I did the HIV test. My question is how accurate 3 rd gen home tests are ( finger prick) can any medicine affect the results?

You are imagining risks that DO NOT EXIST.  We are not able to help you with your imaginary, anxiety-driven scenarios.

If you do not have unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse, and you do not share intravenous drug needles with other people, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.
