STRESSED

High i need some advice , i recently got into a relationship with my girlfriend and we both got tested , i got tested 53 days after my last condom protected sex and a month ago she got tested a year after her last sexual exposure . She promised that she hasn't been with anyone since she's been with me. However last night , we were about to have condom protected sex ( due to me having some previous anxieties regarding hiv , i wasn't ready to take the plunge into unprotected quite yet) . like i was saying as i was trying to insert my penis into her vagina, the condom broke , Im not even sure if i penetrated her , she says i didn't and it broke as i was trying to push in . However I'm still scared and even if i penetrated her it would have been for a 2 seconds max. Based on all of this what is my risk ? I am very scared and i don't want to dwelve back into my depression . Please i need help

YES.

If you are still concerned, take a test at 3 months, and move on.

Your symptoms are anxiety.

please don't ban me , i just need some reiteration . can i move on with my 8 week rapid test negative after condom protected sex ( anxious about whether condom broke, but after having one for the fist time I'm pretty sure it didn't)
I've been having some weird symptoms ( dry mouth , feet tingling , and some muscle aches) thats why I'm asking these questions

once again , I'm sorry for disturbing you , this will be my last question , why do you classify this a no risk , even with the broken condom , and even if i might have penetrated for max 3 seconds

You only posted 22 minutes ago. My advise is either stop having sex and/or seek a therapist to help you with anxiety.

You had no risk.
