Fingering with fresh & open cuts!!

Dear Doctor,

    I fingered a prostitute with unknown hiv status by sep 20 with a fresh and open cut on the mid of my index finger  and i got rashes on my shoulder by Oct 10  got disappeared after 3 days and i got tested by oct 18 result came negative i am having lot ofh fear & i am unable to do any work cos of this please help me wat i have to do now?
