Hiv test conclusive?

Hello today I took an oraquick at home oral fluid test at 12 weeks(84 days) from my possible exposure and the result was negative, is it final and conclusive or should I test with a rapid blood test instead?

Okay I thought so because I believe that saliva is not infectious because if it was then kissing would be a risk which is obviously not. So I don't need anymore testing and I am conclusively hiv negative?
