Worried after exposure

Hello,
I am very worried and wanted to ask this question.

Yesterday I was in a massage parlour which is marketed as giving "Happy Endings". I received this. The girl working there used oils and disinfectant.

I received a naked body rub and she lay on top of me and beside me, (I was wearing underpants for this) before the masturbation.

What worries me specifically is:

1) On one of my fingers I had a small cut (about 1 * 4mm) from a graze which I received about 3 or 4 hours earlier. It had stopped bleeding.
2) I notice today that I also had a small cut on my forearm, similar, which is scabbed now. I assume I got this yesterday too.
3) There was "frontage" while I was wearing my underpants (she was not).
4) I worry about traces of the previous client's semen being in the room, on the towel (which should have been fresh anyway) on the massage table etc or even vaginal secretions or semen traces on her (I do not recall her touching herself though).

Does any of this represent a risk for HIV? I am very worried about it.

I read a lot of posts here on the expert forum about similar exposures saying it is not a risk. I notice older posts from 2005-2008 saying it is slightly possible and there is no conclusive data. Is there data now to say it is not a risk?

Thanks for the follow up.

Since then, my throat has been feeling worse and I am clearing my sinuses with (colored) mucus regularly. My chest also feels congested. I do not feel bad otherwise, and I visited a doctor who said that I do not have a temperature.

I am terrified that this is ARS? Is what I describe consistent with ARS? The throat and sinus/mucus stuff started at 6/7 days and it is now 10 days.

As a matter of interest, if this was a risk you considered to be worthy (I accept you don't) would the fact I started to feel ill 1 or 2 days after, and then developed the sore throat/phlegm 7 days after (the day following a 15 hour flight), be too early for symptoms anyway?

Sorry to post a follow up.

In the next couple of days following this I began to feel unwell, and still do. I know it is written here that it would be too early for ARS and was satisfied that this is a coincidence.

Now it is 8 days later, I still feel unwell but worse. I have yellow phlegm also, and my throat feels sore.

However, on Sunday I arrived after a long haul flight (15 hours) over several time zones and I am struggling with Jet Lag.

Would these symptoms indicate or be consistent with ARS or should I ignore them?

HIV is not transmitted through any of the scenarios you've described.

transmission takes place INSIDE the body...when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.
