Top Urgent someone in members can reply me

I  am a male 37 old married and has 3 kids since 7 years . I tested positive HIV since two years by ELISA , WB and PCR RNA .

My wife was pregnant in my second child when I discovered that I am HIV positive . She tested at that time negative . Then after one year of my positive status she become pregnant in our third child by wrong and again tested negative HIV .

My first PCR was 11000 copies , CD4 = 560

after six months PCR = 56000

Aafter two months PCR = 32000 , CD4=615

after six months PCR = UNDETECTABLE continously until now four times tested CD4 = 715

The problem in my test is the conflections in PCR results , I tested last four undetectable PCR result in one lb and tested 28000 COPIES in othe labs with same blood sample . I can nt understand why I have conflection

Same happened to my CD4 one lab result =715 OTHER LAB WITH SAME BLOOD sample showing CD4=100

I am using prednisone since I am 4 years old .because I have congenital adrenal hyperplasia I consult my doctor he said I have steroid side affect and all my lab dancing results caused by steroid use . I minimze prednisone dose from 7.5mg daily into 5mg daily then I became undetectable PCR and my CD4 improved from 540 into 715 as per above results

Problem Do my undetctable PCR is false negative becuase I did with same blood samples in deffrent lab ( the divide the sample by contacting each lab techniciation toghrter ) the result is high 28000 at the second lab , it might be false negative

Where I stand a false in negative or positive which one is correct .

I search over the net and i conclude that I have a chance not to be HIV positive and all my positive results cause by steroid interference .

Antibodies WB showing all positive bands and repeated 4 times during I discovered that i am positive .

I do not have any symptomps of HIV and my wife is still negative since 7 years of marriage . Doctors I have consulted cnot sure if I am positive or negative .

My CD4 keep going high because of steroid reduction . Please help if any one read my case has a similar issue and using prednisone as alternative medicine can advise me .

Note I never do sexual intercourse with any body since I got married other than my wife .

The problem I lives in Jordan and no proffessional doctors can take a risk of saying There might be a problem in my immune system

They told me WB is positive so you are positive even If I have undetectable PCR for almost two years . By the way last week i made new RNA PCR it is still undetectable and I repeat WB test . I discover that there is a change in WB bands , some disaapear and some have weak band as follows :

P24 weak
P31 STRONG
P41 WEAK
GP160 STRONG
GP120 -VE

then no other bands all dissapear , Last two WB done since two years showing all WB bands very strong now I have some bands degraded and some weak .

My latest CD4 800 so it keep moving up since I discover my HIV status , it was 540 .

My health is very strong dspite stress and anixty I got because of positive WB and because I lost my job and my marriage problems .

Please help
